The 5-star hotel of the resort is positioned on the north side of the area. It is the first time that Albania will have a hotel of this size and such standards, which will be managed by an international leading name: Meliá Hotels International. The hotel will have the main building and several private residences. It will have a capacity of 350 rooms that will be organized with suites of varying in terms of the luxury that they will offer. The hotel’s pools will occupy a total area of 2500 m², which is more than adequate for all guests. One of the exclusive services will be the Casino and the SPA center, the largest in the region.
